Procedures - problem resolution procedure

If system rejects driver, checker will print a Problem Pass.

Problem Pass will note actual reason driver was rejected.

Driver will be instructed to go to Problem Resolution booth.

Driver will call Shipping line to which the problem pertains.

A list of phone numbers will be posted in Problem Booth.

Once problem corrected, driver calls checker from Problem Booth. Checker will ask driver for Problem Pass number and reprints correct gate pass to driver. Driver finishes process.
