YARD: Nothing to report in Yard.
GATE: **Please be advised until further notice starting this Saturday, May 19th, APM Terminals Pier 400 will offer a FULL service Saturday gate for ALL OUR carrier customers except Horizon Lines. Please also note appointments are for import transactions. This Saturday gate will be in service until further notice.
Please remember our customer service department can be reached at: 1st shift 310-221-4496 and 2nd shift 310-221-4395.**
EMPTY RETURNS: **Drivers dropping empties on wheels when not instructed to will be banned until they attend STEP class**
CHASSIS: **APM Terminals will not provide chassis for Evergreen import shipments. Thus, Driver must first pick up bare chassis from STS terminal for the load at APM Terminals. After container is unloaded, return empty container with the chassis back to STS Terminal. Evergreen will compensate $50 for chassis split. Please feel free to contact Evergreen Equipment Control for the details at 714-822-6800.**
LINES: **You can check Export first and last receiving dates by clicking on the VESSEL SCHEDULE icon at the bottom of the TERMPoint home page**
SAFETY: **In the interest of safety, there should be no unapproved OTR traffic located on the highline, or road nearest to the dock were the vessel is working.**
**Cell phone use while driving is prohibited. The highline is off limits for all outside truck traffic. All drivers must wear a high-visibility, reflective vest. Drivers must remain in their vehicles at all times**
**Drivers found in violation of any rules may be banned until they attend our STEP class**
MARITIME SECURITY: Nothing to report in Maritime Security.
IT SYSTEMS: Nothing to report in IT Systems.
UPCOMING CLOSURES: **UTL**, **VNV**, **VERIFY**,**M08**
OTHER: **Missed and Cancelled appointments cannot be updated with the "manage appointment" function. You MUST upload the missed or cancelled containers again and start the process over. To avoid this you should choose a future time for appointments you know will be missed or cancelled. Basically, keep pushing it ahead in time**

Once the survey link is opened, you will find a drop down menu with all terminals listed. Please select your local terminal and enter your SCAC code to access. The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. We would appreciate receiving your response by June 6th after which time the survey will be closed.
Based on the survey responses, we will develop follow-up actions and communicate these back to those participants that responded. At the end of the survey, you will have an opportunity to provide your contact details so that we can proactively follow up with your organization to discuss any matters of concern.
