Equipment and Chassis

While we are transitioning operations to the new terminal, please note the following information concerning empty equipment and chassis operations:

Chassis: All chassis for services transitioning to the new facility are being handled out of the new APM Terminals facility.  This became effective on July 30, 2007.

In continuance with current policy, we would like to kindly remind you that non-Maersk pool chassis (with or without a Maersk Line container) will not be allowed to “rest” on the new APM terminal facility.

Empty Equipment:  All export empty containers will be handled by the facility where the export vessel is calling.  Until further notice all import container empty returns should be directed to the facility where the import load originated.
