The APM Terminals Code of Conduct contains the guiding principles for our standards of business conduct based on our Values, our commitment to the UN Global Compact, and our commitments to our people, customers and communities.
Available in 16 languages, the Code of Conduct acts as a guide for everything APM Terminals and its subsidiaries do. Only through performance with integrity we will continue to achieve our targets and sustain success for all of our stakeholders.

If you believe a violation of law or regulations has occurred within the Maersk Group, we encourage you to report your concerns directly to us. If you feel that you cannot report directly, you can report to our third party operated Group whistle-blower system which is available worldwide in over 40 languages.
