Code of Conduct
The APM Terminals Code of Conduct contains the guiding principles for our standards of business conduct based on our Values, our commitment to the UN Global Compact, and our commitments to our people, customers and communities.
Available in 16 languages, the Code of Conduct acts as a guide for everything APM Terminals and its subsidiaries do. Only through performance with integrity we will continue to achieve our targets and sustain success for all of our stakeholders.

Maersk Group whistle-blower system
If you believe a violation of law or regulations has occurred within APM Terminals, we encourage you to report your concerns directly to us, for example via your usual contact person, the legal department in the business unit you ordinarily deal with, or our Group Legal department. You will receive guidance as you proceed.
If you feel that you cannot report directly, you can report any incident to our third party operated Maersk Group whistle-blower system, available worldwide in over 40 languages. For legal reasons, you must use the specific link or telephone number for the country you are reporting from.
