Meet Victoria Salmi – supporting our customers in Customer Care

We are happy to welcome Victoria Salmi as a new colleague in our fantastic Customer Care team.

What attracted you to the role as Customer Care Agent at APM Terminals Gothenburg?

The role attracted me because it combines service, problem-solving and continuous improvement in a way that I really appreciate. I enjoy working closely with customers and being part of finding good solutions.

What is important to you in your interaction with customers?

To always be genuine and do my very best. I want customers to feel confident that I am listening and doing everything I can to help. Being clear and having a friendly approach goes a long way.

How would you like to contribute to making our customers’ everyday work easier?

I want to contribute by being clear, helpful and by making the process as smooth as possible for our customers. For me, it’s about providing good service in the moment, but also being involved in our continuous improvement work. I also really enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and I believe we often find the best solutions together.
