1.      Truck driver / company pre-announces container visit according to procedure and receives a TAR code.

2.      Truck driver arrives with empty, scans cargo card at the OCR Gate and registers with TAR code.

3.      Gate inspectors verify the license plate and container number. Gate inspector will open container to verify indeed empty
         and record any damage to the container.

4.      Gate clerk updates CTCS

5.      Trucker receives EIR and can proceed to grid.

6.      Truck driver pulls up to pedestal at grid, scans cargo card and unlocks twist locks.

7.      Container unloaded and driver may proceed to gate out lanes an exit the terminal.

8.      Cargo card will activate security barrier to exit.
