Notice - Change of Pre Announcement System

APM Terminals Zeebrugge is implementing a new truck gate pre announcement effective March 2012. One of the main advantages is that this platform is free of cost. Using this pre announcement tool will avoid waiting times at our truck gate because prior arrival of your truck to the terminal booking information will already be double checked and you will also be able to see if custom wise cargo is cleared.
By end April 2012 we are suspending our pre announcement service with Descartes/Porthus. Effective May you will no longer be able to use the Descartes service for APM Terminals Zeebrugge. Users will have to evaluate themselves whether or not to cancel your account with Descartes since some of you might be using the service on other terminals.
In case you are interested to use our new pre announcement platform, kindly forward your coordinates and names of the people in your organization that we need to establish an account for. Please send this information to zeebrugge.gate@apmterminals.com with copy to zeebrugge.helpdesk@apmterminals.com
To give you all the opportunity to get to know the use of the new system and ask questions, we are organizing an information session on Wednesday February 29th at 14.00hrs here at APM Terminals Zeebrugge in the “Zeestation” building.

For more information or questions please contact zeebrugge.marketing@apmterminals.com
