Pre-advise Fasttrack Containers Prior Vessel Arrival

Dear Esteemed Customer,

As part of our continuous efforts to improve our customer experience, we are introducing an improvement with the discharge and delivery of FastTrack, where customer notifies the terminal of their containers before vessel arrival.

This initiative will help us serve you better with an improvement of our current delivery and pickup procedures, as well as clearly segregate your containers during vessel operations for a faster pickup.

To fully achieve the delivery method in Apapa, a dedicated email address has been created- APMTfastTrack@apmterminals.com. We encourage our FastTrack customers to forward their container information before vessel arrival to this email address.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that this process is adhered to effectively.
