Expiration of the 2025 Letter of Authority (LOA)

Dear Valued Customer,

This is to inform you that effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, APM Terminals will no longer accept the 2025 Letter of Authority (LOA) for any transaction.

From this date onward, only the 2026 LOA will be recognized and permitted for use.

To avoid any service disruption, we kindly advise you to visit our Customer Care Counter at your earliest convenience to have your 2026 LOA duly stamped and processed.

Please note that, effective April 1, 2026, only agencies with a valid 2026 LOA will be authorized to conduct transactions at APM Terminals Customer Care.
