Extension of the Deadline for the Acceptance of the 2025 Letter of Authority (LOA)

Please be advised that the deadline for accepting the 2025 Letter of Authority (LOA) has been extended to Sunday, May 31, 2026, following the appeal from the Association of Nigerian License Customs Agents.

We encourage you to visit our Customer Care counter with the required documents to have your 2026 Letter of Authority (LOA) stamped as soon as possible. Kindly note that the 2025 LOA will no longer be accepted after Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Beginning Monday, June 1, 2026, only agencies with a valid 2026 Letter of Authority will be permitted to carry out transactions at APM TerminalsCustomer Care.
