Relocation to the new Customer Care Office (Staff Building)
Dear Esteemed Customer,
We wish to inform you that the Customer Care team will be relocating to our newly renovated office within the APM Terminals Staff building.
The transition from the temporary office located at the platform will take place on Monday, 30th 2026.
Please be assured that our service delivery will remain uninterrupted throughout this transition, both at our terminal and via our online channels.
