National Single Window (NSW) Challenges
Dear Esteemed Customer,
Please be informed that the National Single Window (NSW) team is currently working closely with NAFDAC and SON to address and resolve the challenges being experienced on the NSW platform.
In addition, a support centre will be available in Apapa tomorrow, Friday, 10 April 2026, from 10:00 a.m., to provide assistance to users encountering issues on the platform.
