Enhancement to the Examination Booking Process

Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to inform you of an enhancement to the examination booking process aimed at improving convenience and operational efficiency.

Effective 1 August 2026, for cargo on vessels berthing from this date onward, customers will be able to pay the scanning charge and use the same payment to book an examination directly on the Examination Booking Platform.

This improvement eliminates the need to send emails requesting the cancellation of scanning charges and the application of examination charges before making a booking. As a result, customers can enjoy a faster, more seamless, and efficient examination booking experience.

We encourage all users to take advantage of this enhancement to facilitate smoother examination scheduling and processing.
