Download the form below and bring the signed and completed form to our Customer Service Desk together with the original and a copy of:
1. Company Certificate of Incorporation
2. Current Customs License
3. Current Form C30
4. Form C07 (Particulars of Directors) or Memorandum & Articles of Association (Stamped by the Corporate Affairs Commission)
Export verification portal (Good to Go)
Verify that an export unit is approved to gate-in or to check validity of a booking number.
