E-Ticketing System

The ACT ticketing System can be used by our customers to request the following by entering a Bill of Lading:

  • Import/Export invoices.
  • Refund Request.
  • Extend Storage Fees.
  • Issued EDO invoices "equipment delivery order”.
  • Export Container services- i.e., registration and document amendment.
  • Access document history i.e., pdf invoice and SOA.
  • Balance inquiry and bank guarantee info.
  • Other Services.
