Remote booking of Appointments
Dear Valued Customers,
Further to our Customer Advisory Reference COMM/012/2020 of 2nd April 2020. We would like to inform you the working hours of our Appointment team will be between 08:00 – 14:00 hours Saturday to Thursday. Please communicate with the team during above working hours.
To minimize the delay currently causing at Appointment process, we would request Customers to submit your booking documents for current date plus 2 days only. Also please enclose related shipping documents such as Customs Bayan, Delivery Order and valid Container forms while submitting to Appointment team.
