Booking of Appointments - LIFT online portal

Dear Valued Customers,

This is further to our Customer Advisory Ref: COMM/012/2020 and COMM/012A/2020 of 2nd April 2020.

The performance of our online portal LIFT has improved, following the enhancements and bug-fixes that have been put in place. In view of this development and in continuation with our efforts to promote digital services, we shall with effect from Wednesday 22nd April 2020, restrict all appointments for delivery Import (Gate-out) to LIFT. For the smooth booking of appointments, you are requested to kindly book a maximum of 5 containers per LIFT transaction.

For purposes of clarity, the appointment office will only cater to appointments related to CFS de-stuffing and same day/priority bookings or re-booking of shipments, starting from 22nd April 2020.
