Extended availability of Appointment slots on Weekends and Public Holidays
Dear Valued Customers,
We are pleased to inform you that with support received from Customs authorities and the Ports and Maritime Affairs we have taken steps to improve our service coverage for appointments for import containers.
Effective immediately you can book import gate-out containers for delivery between 0800:1600 hours over Weekends and Public holidays. In addition, we would also be able to deliver bulk lot of import containers (minimum of 5 containers) between 18:00-21:00 hours from Saturday to Thursday, provided bill of lading details are furnished to us prior to vessel arrival. Bill of lading details shall be shared with our Planning Manager Essam Al-Sadah essam.alsadah@apmterminals.com with a copy to plnbah@apmterminals.com.
We would also like to take this opportunity to once again remind you that the working hours of the Appointment office have been restored to the following timings:
From Saturday to Thursday between 07:00 – 15:30 hours.
- Appointment staff will attend to the last transaction for the day at 15:00 hours.
- Cashier will attend to the last transaction for the day at 15:30 hours.
All customers are requested to process their appointments through the appointment office as per the above timings. Customers are advised to be always attired in appropriate COVID -19 preventive PPE (Gloves and Masks) and maintain social distancing norms at all times while being at the Terminal Premises. Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in port access being restricted and/or services being denied.
