Further to our previous notifications on improvements carried out to appointment and delivery related services and in continuation with our efforts to enhance customer experience, we are pleased to inform you that truck turn times are now available at the below link on our website.

Information on truck turn times is displayed on an hourly basis for the past 24 hours and it includes the time taken for scanning of import full containers. The objective of this move is to introduce transparency with regard to performance management, while providing our customers with the required visibility of lean (less busy) periods, which could be used for planning their transportation requirements in a more efficient manner.

Taking into consideration continuing challenges with COVID-19, we would also like to remind our customers to us appropriate COVID-19 preventive Personal Protective Equipment (Face Mask and Hand Gloves) and maintain social distancing norms at all times. Failure to comply with these requirements at the Terminal Premises, shall result in Port access being restricted and/or services being denied.
