Customer Advisory: Eid Al Adha holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that the Eid Al Adha holiday period is expected to commence on Monday 19^th July 2021 (subject to the sighting of the moon) and will last till Thursday 22^nd July 2021 (both days inclusive).

Our service coverage during this holiday period, will be as follows:

• Appointment office will remain closed till Friday 23^rd July 2021 and will resume on Saturday 24^th July 2021.
• Gate will remain open between 08:00 – 16:00 hours during holiday period.
• Vessel operations (Container and General Cargo) will continue as normal.
• CFS/LCL sheds will remain closed till Friday 23^rd July 2021 and will resume on Saturday 24^th July 2021.
• Administration offices will resume on Sunday 25^th July 2021.

All customers are requested to plan as per the above to avoid any delays.

We would also like to remind our customers to use appropriate COVID-19 preventive Personal Protective Equipment (Face Mask and Hand Gloves) and maintain social distancing norms at all times. Failure to comply with these requirements at the Terminal Premises, shall result in Port access being restricted and/or services being denied.

إجازة عيد الأضحى المبارك

ايها العملاء الكرام،

يرجى العلم أن ه من المتوقع أ ن تبدأ عطلة عيد الأضحى يوم الاثنين 19 يوليو 2021 (رهنا برؤية القمر) وستستمر حتى يوم الخميس 22 يوليو 2021 .

ستكون تغطية خدمتنا خلال فترة العطلة هذه عل ى النحو التال ي :

• سيظل مكتب المواعيد مغلقًا حتى يوم الخميس 22 يوليو 2021 ويستأنف يوم السبت 24 يوليو 2021 .

• ستبقى البوابة مفتوحة بين الساعة 8:00 - 16:00 خلال فترة العطلة .

• ستستمر عمليات السفن (الحاويات والبضائع العامة) كالمعتاد.

• ستبقى مستودعات CFS / LCL مغلقة حتى يوم االخميس 22 يوليو 2021 وتستأنف يوم السبت 22 يوليو 2021 .

• سيتم استئناف المكاتب الإدارية يوم الاحد 25 يوليو 2021 .

يطلب من جميع العملاء التخطيط وفقًا لما ورد أعلاه لتجنب أي تأخير.

نود أيضًا تذكير عملائنا باستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية الوقائية المناسبة إلى COVID-19 (قناع الوجه وقفازات اليد) والحفاظ على معايير التباعد الاجتماعي في جميع الأوقات. يؤدي عدم الامتثال لهذه المتطلبات في مباني المحطة إلى منع الدخول إلى الميناء و رفض الخدمات.
