Roll over of export bookings

Dear Valued Customers,

Further to our minutes of the meeting dated 2^nd May 2017 and virtual review meeting held on 15^th June 2022.

As discussed and agreed with Shipping Agents in Bahrain, effective from 1^st July 2022, APM Terminals Bahrain will allow maximum Two (02) export booking roll over at free of charge. Thereafter for each roll over we will be charging BHD 3.5/per booking as data amendment.

In the event if any containers are gated-in and agents wish to roll over for such units, additional shifting (number of shifting will be ascertained at the time of receipt such request from container operator) and data amendment. However due to vessel cancellation/omission of Bahrain call, all related charges will be billed to respective vessel agents. Please be informed that no free roll over will apply for any vessel cancellation/omission cases.

This supersedes all our previous understanding and agreement.
