Customer Advisory: Booking through LIFT online application

Dear Valued Truck Operators,

It was observed that some of the importers or their appointed customs broker book their non-palletized shipments under palletized slot for destuffing at CFS.

We urge our customers not to create booking under wrong slot which will leads to delay in operational activities at CFS as well as in our accounting procedure.

As per current Bahrain Port tariff under clause # 6.2.6 such mis-declaration will attract penalty of BHD 150/per container for 1st offence and BHD 300/per container for subsequent offence.

Furthermore, as requested earlier, we wish to emphasis the requirement of sharing soft copies of shipping documents with our CFS team by email FCLBAH@apmterminals.com on previous day before 4 p.m. of destuffing operation intend to carry out for team to verify and plan for next day.

نحث عمالئنا على عدم إنشاء حجز في خانة خاطئة مما سيؤدي إلى تأخير في أنشطة العمليات التشغيلية في منطقة تفريغ
الحاويات وكذلك في إجراءاتنا المحاسبية

وفقا لتعرفة ميناء البحرين الحالية بموجب البند # 6.2.6 ، فإن نوع هذا الحجز الخاطئ سيؤدي إلى غرامة قدرها 150 دينار
بحريني / لكل حاوية للمخالفة األولى و 300 دينار بحريني / لكل حاوية للمخالفة التالية

عالوة على ذلك ، كما هو مطلوب سابقا ، نود التأكيد على شرط مشاركة نسخ إلكترونية من مستندات الشحن مع فريق
CFS في اليوم السابق قبل الساعة 4 مساء من عملية تفريغ الشحن حتى يتم التحقق ، التخطيط و التنفيذ لليوم التالي.
