Truck Appointment process - TAS

عملائنا الأعزاء، 

نود ان نلفت انتباهكم على الخطوات التالية التي يجب اتباعها أثناء حجز مواعيد الشاحنات في نظام الحجز الخاص بنا TAS 

. يجب على الناقل / السائق الامتثال لوقت الموعد بدقة، أي إذا كان الموعد في الساعة 1 ظهرًا، فلن يُسمح للشاحنة بالدخول إلى موقف الشاحنات قبل الساعة 1 ظهرًا.، بإستثناء تسليم الشحنات للتصدير حيث يجب على السائقين إكمال الإجراءات الجمركية قبل وقت الموعد.

:يجب على الناقل إنشاء موعد بالتسلسل التالي

1-تنزيل الحاويات الفارغة او المحملة من الشاحنات المعنية (إذا كانت لدى الشاحنة عمليات مزدوجة أو ثلاثية)

2- الاستلام الثاني للحاويات الفارغة أو المحملة بالشحنات الواردة من الميناء 

حيث وجدنا في معظم الحالات أنه يتم إنشاء المواعيد بخطوات معاكسة

حيث تبين أنه اثناء وصول السائقين إلى منطقة وقوف الشاحنات لتسليم الشحنات الصادرة، فإن مستندات الشحن اللازمة مثل البيان الجمركي و استمارة حجز التصدير غير متوفرة معهم، مما يتطلب من السائقين انتظار وقت طويل في موقف الشاحنات لاستلامها من المخلص الجمركي وهذا ما يؤدي إلى إلغاء الموعد


لتجنب أي موقف من هذا القبيل، يرجى من السائقين التأكد من أن جميع المستندات بحوزتهم عند الوصول لتسليم الشحنات الصادرة


خيار التعديل متاح فقط لتسليم الشحنات الفارغة/المحملة وتسليم الشحنات للتصدير فقط، لا يوجد خيار مماثل لإستلام الواردات

 إذا كان العميل ينوي استلام حاويتين فارغتين على شاحنة واحدة، يرجى إنشاء موعدين بنفس رقم الشاحنة والسائق بنفس الوقت

Dear Valued Customers,

Would like to highlight following steps to be followed while submitting truck appointment in our TAS application.

• Transporter should strictly follow the appointment time i.e. if appointment is at 1 p.m. truck will not be permitted to enter truck parking before 1 p.m.
  - Exclusion for export drop-off shipment where drivers have to complete customs formalities prior to appointment time.
• Transporter should create appointment in following sequence
  - 1st drop-off of empty or full, from respective trucks (if truck is having double or triple transaction)
  - 2nd pick-up empty or import laden from Terminal
  - We Found most of the cases the appointments are being created in opposite steps
• Understand while drivers are arriving at Truck parking area with export drop-off, the relevant shipping documents such as customs bayan, export booking form are not available with them and drivers has to wait considerable time at truck parking to receive the same from Customs broker which will lead to cancellation of appointment.
  - To avoid any such situation, request drivers to possess relevant documents while arriving with export drop-off shipment.
• EDIT option only for Empty pick-up/drop-off and export drop-off. No such option for Import pick-up and you should EDIT prior to expiry of scheduled slot.
• If exporter intend to receive 2 empties in a single truck, please create double appointment in TAS with same truck number and driver under same slot.
