Cargo-related tariff changes

Dear Valued Customers,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention the below activities and related charges that are included within Khalifa Bin Salman Port Tariff 2023. These guidelines are designed to enhance our service efficiency and ensure timely processing of cargo. We seek your support to ensure alignment with these guidelines that we shall implement effective 17-10-2024.

1. Tariff for Delivery of de-stuffed Cargo (4.11.15)

All Full Container Load (FCL) cargo de-stuffed from a container must be collected within three (3) hours of being de-stuffed and customs cleared. Please note the following charges will apply for any delays:

• BHD 30,000 per 20' container
• BHD 50,000 per 40' container and above

These charges will be applied after the three-hour grace period from the time the cargo is de-stuffed and/or customs cleared.

Additionally, if cargo remains uncollected upon closure of the Container Freight Station (CFS) business hours at 1700 hours, a charge of BHD 100,000 per TEU per day will apply until the cargo is collected.

2. Special Equipment Charges (4.11.18)

As per existing tariff of BHD 28,000 per vehicle will be applicable for the de-stuffing/stuffing of vehicles from or into containers. This fee will be in addition to any Container De-stuffing/Stuffing charges outlined in sections 4.11.1 to 4.11.5 and 4.11.7.

نود أن نلفت انتباهكم إلى الأنشطة التالية والرسوم ذات الصلة المدرجة في تعرفة ميناء خليفة بن سلمان 2023 . تم تحديد هذه الإرشادات لتعزيز كفاءة خدماتنا وضمان معالجة البضائع في الوقت المناسب. نطلب دعمكم لضمان التوافق مع هذه الإرشادات التي سننفذها اعتبارا من 17 - 10 - 2024

1–  تسليم البضائع غير المحشوة (4.11.15)

يجب تحميل جميع شحنات الحاوية الكامل ة في غضون ثلاث ساعات من تفريغها / إخراجها من الحاوية و انهاء التخليص الجمركي علما بأنه سيتم تطبيق التكاليف التالية على أي تأخير :

• 30 دينار بحريني لكل حاوية 20 قدم

• 50 دينار بحريني لكل حاوية 40 فما فوق

سيتم تطبيق هذه الرسوم بعد فترة السماح البالغة ثلاث ساعات من وقت فك الشحنة و / أو التخليص الجمركي

بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، إذا ظلت البضائع غير مستلمة عند إغلاق ساعات عمل محطة شحن الحاويات (CFS) في الساعة 17:00 ، سيتم تطبيق رسوم قدرها 100.000 دينار بحريني لكل وحدة معادلة ل 20 قدم "لكل يوم " حتى يتم استلام البضائع

2–  رسوم المعدات الخاصة (4.11.18)

وفقا للتعريفة الحالية البالغة 28.000 دينار بحريني لكل مركبة ، سيتم تطبيقها على إزالة / حشو المركبات من أو إلى الحاويات. ستكون هذه الرسوم بالإضافة إلى أي رسوم لإزالة / حشو الحاويات الموضحة في الأقسام 4.11.1 إلى 4.11.5 و 4.11.7.
