Customer Advisory - Labor Day public holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that Thursday, 1st May 2025 has been declared a public holiday on account of Labour Day.

Our service coverage during this period is as follows:

• Appointment Office: Closed on Thursday, 1st May; will resume on Friday, 2nd May 2025.
• Gate Operations: 24/7.
• CFS and Internal De-stuffing Sheds: Closed on Thursday, 1st May; will resume on Saturday, 3rd May 2025.
• Aluminum Stuffing Operations: 24/7.
• Marine Services: All marine activities will continue 24/7.
• Customer Care: The Customer Care Team will be available 24/7 remotely and can be reached at 17365550 during the holiday period.

Note: Availability of the Customs team will be limited to the Scanner Team only. Customs inspection and other government teams will not be available. If a truck is diverted to Shed 2 for inspection, the driver must contact APMT Operations via the Shift Manager at 38885501 to arrange offloading of the container and depart empty.

All customers are kindly requested to plan accordingly to avoid any delays.
