Customer Advisory - Ashoora Holidays

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that the Ashoora Holidays will be observed on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July 2025.

Our service coverage during this holiday period will be as follows:

• Customer Care Team will be available remotely at 17365550 during the holidays.
• Appointment office will remain closed and will resume on Monday 7th July 2025. Truck Appointment related matters will be handled remotely between 24 hours on both days and you may reach them through landline 17365550 or through Emails.
• Gate will remain open 24/7.
• Vessel operations (Container and General Cargo) and marine services will continue as normal throughout the holiday period.
• CFS will remain closed on 5th & 6th July 2025 and will resume services on Monday 7th July 2025.
• Administration office will resume on Tuesday 8th July 2024.

All customers are requested to plan accordingly based on the above schedule to avoid any delays.
