Customer Advisory - Terminal Shuttle Bus Service Enhancements

Dear Valued Customer,

We’re pleased to share updates to our Terminal Shuttle Bus Service, effective 21st August 2025, focused on improving safety, punctuality, and service quality.

Shuttle Operations

• Buses run every 10–15 minutes during regular hours on all days.
• All follow fixed routes and schedules; no deviations allowed.

Route Coverage

Shuttle buses serve key terminal points:

• Staff Gate
• Passenger Terminal
• Sheds 1–4
• Customs Office
• Scanner Office
• Berths 2 & 4
• RoRo Area
• Marine Workshop

Important Notices

• No standing passengers: seating is limited to bus capacity.
• Pedestrian movement is restricted in operational areas—please use shuttle buses or designated paths.
• For special arrangements, contact our Facility Supervisor at least 48 hours in advance on details as below

Guidelines

Please respect shuttle routes and drivers.

Misconduct or rule violations will be reported and may lead to action per terminal policies.
