Customer Advisory – Scanner monthly maintenance

Dear Valued Customers,

As part of our commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable operations, we will be carrying out scheduled monthly maintenance on Customs scanners. This activity will result in a temporary service interruption, during which both scanners will be unavailable. The details are as follows:

• Date: Friday, 3rd October 2025
• Time: 1400 – 1600 hrs
• Duration: Approximately 2 hours

We kindly request you to plan your activities accordingly to minimize any inconvenience. 

Normal scanner operations will resume immediately after the maintenance window.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to improve our services and ensure the highest standards of operational reliability.

ضمن التزامنا المستمر بالحفاظ على عمليات آمنة وفعالة وموثوقة، سيتم تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المجدولة لأجهزة الفحص الجمركي (الماسحات الضوئية) بشكل شهري.

يرجى العلم بأن هذه الصيانة ستتسبب في توقف مؤقت للخدمة، حيث ستكون جميع أجهزة الفحص غير متاحة خلال الفترة المحددة أدناه:

• التاريخ: يوم الجمعة الموافق 3 أكتوبر 2025
• الوقت: من الساعة 14:00 حتى الساعة 16:00
• المدة: ساعتان تقريبًا

نرجو منكم التكرم بأخذ ذلك بعين الاعتبار عند التخطيط لأنشطتكم، لتقليل أي تأثيرات ناتجة عن هذا التوقف المؤقت.

ستُستأنف عمليات الفحص كالمعتاد فور انتهاء فترة الصيانة.
