Customer Advisory - Enhancement of Safety Induction Process

Dear Valued Customers,

As part of our continuous improvement initiatives, we are pleased to announce enhancements to the safety induction process for all applicants using the online gate pass system.

Effective 09 December 2025 at 10:00, once a gate pass application is approved, the system will automatically send a generic notification email requesting applicants to complete their required safety induction through the STOWLOG mobile application. The application is available for download on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Steps for Customers:

1. Download the STOWLOG application from the respective app store.
2. Create an account by entering the required information.
3. Complete the assigned safety induction based on the applicant’s category:
   • General Safety Induction – for all permanent applicants
   • Visitor Safety Induction – for all visitors
   • Driver Safety Induction – for all drivers
4. Successfully pass the questionnaire at the end of the induction.

Upon completion, the induction status will automatically update to “Completed” in the Customer Dashboard, after which the application will proceed directly to the printing stage.

Important Notes:

• Customers are no longer required to send an email to confirm completion of the safety induction.
• A Registration Steps Manual is attached to this advisory for reference.

تحسين عملية برنامج السلامة التعريفي
إشعار للعملاء

عملاؤنا الكرام،

في إطار جهودنا المستمرة للتطوير والتحسين، يسرّنا إعلامكم بأنه قد تم تحديث آلية تنفيذ برنامج السلامة التعريفي لجميع المتقدمين عبر نظام تصريح الدخول الإلكتروني.

اعتباراً من 9 ديسمبر 2025 الساعة 10:00 صباحاً، سيقوم النظام – فور الموافقة على طلب تصريح الدخول – بإرسال رسالة إلكترونية تلقائية إلى مقدم الطلب تطلب منه استكمال برنامج السلامة المطلوب من خلال تطبيق STOWLOG، والمتوفر في متجر Google Play و Apple App Store

خطوات استكمال الإجراء للعميل:
1. تنزيل تطبيق STOWLOG من متجر التطبيقات المناسب.
2. إنشاء حساب جديد وإدخال البيانات المطلوبة.
3. استكمال برنامج السلامة المخصص حسب فئة مقدم الطلب:
برنامج السلامة العام – للمتقدمين الدائمين •
برنامج سلامة الزوار – لجميع الزوار •
برنامج سلامة السائقين – لجميع السائقين •
4. اجتياز الاختبار الموجود في نهاية البرنامج بنجاح.

بعد استكمال البرنامج بنجاح، سيتم تحديث الحالة تلقائياً إلى "مكتمل" في لوحة تحكم العميل، ومن ثم سيُحوَّل الطلب مباشرة إلى مرحلة الطباعة دون الحاجة لأي خطوة إضافية.

ملاحظات مهمة:
لم يعد مطلوباً من العملاء إرسال بريد إلكتروني لتأكيد استكمال برنامج السلامة. •
تم إرفاق دليل خطوات التسجيل مع هذا الإشعار للرجوع إليه عند الحاجة. •
