Strengthening Efficiency and Safety Through New Pinning Station and Shuttle Carrier Refurbishment

APM Terminals Bahrain remains committed to continuous improvement and innovation, demonstrated through two recent projects: the fabrication of a new Pinning Station and the refurbishment of Shuttle Carrier SC01.

These initiatives are designed to enhance operational efficiency, ensure long-term equipment viability, and reinforce a strong focus on sustainability and safety.

• New Pinning Station: Features a solar power system, heavy-duty fabrication materials, and advanced safety measures.
• Shuttle Carrier SC01 Refurbishment: Includes engine replacement, structural inspections, and hydraulic system upgrades.

Together, these projects reflect a dedication to maintaining high operational standards and supporting the ongoing success of terminal operations.

تعزيز الكفاءة والسلامة من خلال محطة التثبيت الجديدة وتجديد ناقل الشحن 

 تلتزم شركة إيه بي إم تيرمينالز البحرين بالتحسين المستمر والابتكار، وهو ما تجسّد مؤخراً في تنفيذ مشروعين رئيسيين: تصنيع محطة تثبيت جديدة (Pinning Station) وصيانة ناقلات الحاويات (Shuttle Carriers) 

تهدف هذه المبادرات إلى تعزيز كفاءة العمليات، ضمان استدامة المعدات على المدى الطويل، وترسيخ معايير السلامة والاستدامة. 

محطة التثبيت الجديدة: مزودة بنظام طاقة شمسية، ومواد تصنيع عالية التحمل، وخصائص سلامة مطوّرة. •
صيانة ناقلات الحاويات: شملت استبدال المحرك، وإجراء فحوصات هيكلية، وتحديث أنظمة الهيدروليك. •
