Launch of New CSP Validity Date Portal

Dear Valued Customers,

APM Terminals Bahrain is pleased to announce the launch of a new portal for managing validity dates under Customer Service Portal (CSP) at www.apmterminals.com. All container operators are requested to utilize this portal for updating and maintaining accurate CSP validity information.

Instructions and Key Information:

• The new portal must be used for all updates related to validity dates.
• Operators who do not yet have access are requested to visit the APMT website and submit an access request.

To facilitate a smooth transition, a joint online meeting via Teams will be scheduled to introduce the new validity date module.

Your cooperation in adopting this new system is highly appreciated, as it will ensure timely, accurate, and efficient management of validity dates.

يسر شركة أي بي إم تيرمينالز البحرين أن تعلن عن إطلاق بوابة جديدة لإدارة تواريخ الصلاحية ضمن بوابة خدمة العملاء , نرجو من جميع مشغّلي الحاويات استخدام هذه البوابة لتحديث بيانات صلاحية التواريخ عبر موقع الشركة www.apmterminals.com

الإرشادات والمعلومات الأساسية:
• يجب استخدام البوابة الجديدة لإجراء كافة التحديثات المتعلقة بتواريخ صلاحية.
• على المشغّلين الذين لا يملكون صلاحية الدخول بعد، زيارة موقع APMT وتقديم طلب الحصول على صلاحية الدخول.

ولضمان انتقال سلس، سيتم جدولة اجتماع مشترك عبر Microsoft Teams للتعريف بالنظام الجديد الخاص بتواريخ الصلاحية.
