Customer advisory - Ashoora Holiday

Dear Valued Customers,

APM Terminals Bahrain remains committed to maintaining operational efficiency during the Ashoora holiday period (Thursday, 25 June to Sunday, 28 June 2026).

Our service coverage during this period will be as follows:

Gate Operations:

  • 25 June (Thursday) and 26 June (Friday) 2026 from 06:00 to 14:00.
  • The last truck will be received at 13:00.

Vessel Operations:

  • Vessel operations timings: from 06:00 to 18:00.

Marine Services:

  • Marine services will operate as normal throughout the holiday period.

General Cargo Operations:

  • CFS/LCL Operations: Closed from Thursday, 25 June 2026, and will resume on Sunday, 28 June 2026.
  • General Cargo Operations and Aluminium Shed will operate as normal.

Customer Care Team Availability:
The Customer Care Team will be available remotely at +973 17365550 during the holiday period as follows:

  • Thursday, Friday and Saturday (25-27 June 2026) from 06:00 to 14:00.
  • Normal business hours will resume on Sunday 28 June 2026.

Customers are advised to plan their activities in accordance with the above schedule to avoid any inconvenience or delays

خدمات المالحة البحرية:
ستستمر الخدمات البحرية كالمعتاد خالل العطلة. •

عمليات البضائع العامة:
عمليات :LCL/CFS ستكون مغلقة يومي الخميس و الجمعة 25 و 26 يونيو2026 ، على أن تُستأنف العمليات يوم •

عمليات البضائع العامة ومستودع األلمنيوم :ستعمل كالمعتاد •
