Warning Siren Response Procedures at Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP)
Dear Valued Customers,
The safety and wellbeing of all port customers & visitors remain the highest priority. To ensure a safe and orderly response in the event of a warning siren, please familiarise yourself with the safety procedures outlined below.
In the event of a warning siren at Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP):
- The Staff Gate and Main Port Entry Gate will be closed immediately. All port and terminal operations will be temporarily put on hold during this period.
- Gate operations will resume once an official "All Clear" has been issued
- Trucks approaching the port should park in the nearest safe location and remain there until further instructions are provided.
- Visitors and cars approaching the port should park in the designated car park and take shelter in either the Majlis Building or the Induction Building.
- Truck drivers inside the terminal near the sheds should proceed to and take shelter in Shed 1, 2, 3, 4 or the Asset Maintenance Workshop Emergency Shelter.
- Truck drivers inside the terminal yard should move out of the yard area and take shelter in the nearest safe location.
- Remain in the designated safe area until the "All Clear" signal has been issued by the Ministry of Interior (MOI). Operations should only resume after this official notification.
Your cooperation is essential to maintaining a safe environment for everyone at the port. Please ensure that all drivers are aware of these requirements and follow them at all times during an emergency situation.

إرشادات السلامة عند سماع صافرة الإنذار في ميناء خليفة بن سلمان
إشعار للعملاء
الاخوة العملاء الكرام،
حرصاً على سلامة جميع العملاء والزوار، ولضمان إدارة حالات الطوارئ بكفاءة ونظام، يرجى الاطلاع على إرشادات السلامة التالية لضمان الاستجابة الآمنة والمنظمة عند سماع صافرة الإنذار.
في حال انطلاق صافرة الإنذار في ميناء خليفة بن سلمان:
· سيتم إغلاق بوابة الموظفين والبوابة الرئيسية لدخول الميناء بشكل فوري. كما سيتم تعليق جميع عمليات الميناء مؤقتاً خلال هذه الفترة.
· ستُستأنف حركة العمل عبر البوابات بمجرد صدور إشعار رسمي بانتهاء حالة الطوارئ "زوال الخطر".
· يتوجب على سائقي الشاحنات المتجهين إلى الميناء التوقف في أقرب موقع آمن والانتظار لحين صدور إشعار "زوال الخطر" من وزارة الداخلية.
· يرجى إيقاف المركبات في المواقف المخصصة والتوجه إلى مبنى المجلس أو مبنى Induction Building.
· يرجى من سائقو الشاحنات داخل منطقة المستودعات التوجه فوراً إلى احدى مناطق السلامة المخصص:
المستودعات رقم (1، 2، 3، 4)
ورشة صيانة الأصول – Asset Maint Workshop Emergency Shelter
· على سائقي الشاحنات داخل ساحة الميناء إخلاء الساحة فوراً والتوجه إلى أقرب منطقة سلامة معتمدة.
· يرجى البقاء في مناطق السلامة المحددة وعدم مغادرتها حتى صدور إشعار رسمي من وزارة الداخلية يفيد بزوال الخطر، ولن تُستأنف الأنشطة والعمليات قبل إعلان هذا الإشعار.
ملاحظة: يوضح المخطط المرفق أدناه المسارات المحددة ومواقع الملاجئ ومناطق السلامة المعتمدة.
إن تعاونكم والتزامكم التام بهذه التعليمات هو الأساس للحفاظ على سلامة الجميع. لذا، يُرجى من جميع العملاء التأكد من توعية وإحاطة كافة سائقيهم بهذه الإرشادات والحرص على تطبيقها الكامل في حالات الطوارئ.
