Steps to follow

	All invoices from the terminal will be sent from this email address: FacturacionBalboa@APMTerminalsPanama.com
	Log in to your online banking to make the transfer according to the selected payment method
	Enter the account details according to the payment method
	Send payment confirmation to this email address: CobranzasBalboa@APMTerminalsPanama.com
	Billing and Collections service hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00

To ensure the smooth management of terminal operations, we request that customers of the terminal register using this online Customer registration form, available via the previous link or by scanning this QR code:

If your company has already completed the registration via email, you do not need to fill out this form.

Your company must be registered in our system in order to make payments.
