Customer Advisory No. 570: Intermittency in the Portal Payment Module and Contingency Plan
Dear members of the port community,
Since yesterday, our portal has experienced intermittency in the payment module, which is preventing invoices from being reflected for payment in the system. Our support team is actively working to resolve this issue, and we hope to restore the service as soon as possible.
While the issue is being resolved, we have activated the following contingency plan to ensure the continuity of your operations:
Contingency Plan for Payments
1. Payments should be made via transfer or deposit to the authorized TCBUEN accounts:

2. Once the payment is made, please send the following documentation:
A letter indicating the container or BL, detailing the invoices to which the payment should be applied and their respective amounts.
The letter should include a commitment stating that if the funds do not appear, the company agrees to make the payment again.
Proof of the transfer or deposit.
