Notice No. 671 Update on the Gradual Resumption of Operations

Following the communications issued regarding the incident that occurred on August 10, 2026, we would like to inform the port community that we continue to make gradual progress in the resumption of our operations, following the completion of security validations on the terminal’s infrastructure and equipment.

As part of this progress, the following operational conditions are updated:

  • Marine Operations: Vessel services are being resumed with the arrival of M/V Maersk Halsted, with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 19:00 hours on August 14, 2026, marking the start of operations under safe conditions.

  • Import Container Pickup: The modules that meet the required conditions for servicing and releasing import containers remain operational, with appointment availability continuing to expand progressively. The remaining modules are currently undergoing preparation prior to being brought into operation.

  • Full Export Container Deliveries: The terminal has begun receiving containers for export operations, with a limited number of appointment slots available per day during this gradual resumption phase.

  • Warehouse Operations: Coffee, sugar, and breakbulk cargo operations remain available.

  • Empty Container Returns: At this time, appointment slots for this operation will not be made available.

Based on the current operational status, we would like to report the following:

  • Appointments Available: Import: 1,336; Export: 96; Coffee: 20; Sugar: 21; Breakbulk Cargo: 60.
  • Operational Capacity: The terminal is currently operating at 45.7% capacity.
  • Yard Occupancy: 72%.

The restoration of operations will continue to be carried out gradually and under safe operating conditions. We will assess the progress of the recovery plan on a daily basis and communicate any additional measures and services as they become available.
