Notice No. 672 Scheduled Maintenance – Electronic Invoicing Platform

We would like to inform our customers and users that our electronic invoicing service provider will perform scheduled maintenance on the EGESTOR NUBE platform on Sunday, August 16, 2026, starting at 20:00 hours, with an estimated duration of 90 minutes.

During this maintenance window, the delivery of the PDF files associated with electronic invoices will be temporarily interrupted.

Accordingly, we encourage our customers, whenever possible, to complete their invoicing processes in advance in order to minimize any potential impact during the scheduled maintenance window.

Once the provider has completed the maintenance activities, the document delivery service will resume normal operation.
