Notice No. 677 Update on the Gradual Resumption of Operations

Following the communications issued regarding the event that occurred on August 10, 2026, we would like to inform the port community that we continue to make gradual progress in the reactivation of our operations, following the completion of security validations on the terminal's infrastructure and equipment.

As part of this progress, the following operational conditions have been updated:

  • Vessel Operations: For today, August 19, 2026, the M/V KOTA PURI is scheduled for service, with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 08:00 hours.

  • Import Container Pick-Up: The service modules that meet the required conditions for handling and releasing import containers remain operational, with a continued gradual expansion of operations. We kindly remind customers that the remaining modules are currently undergoing the necessary preparations prior to being enabled.

  • Export Full Container Gate-In: The reception of export containers remains available, subject to the appointment slots currently offered.

  • Warehouse Operations: Coffee, sugar, and breakbulk cargo operations remain available.

  • Physical Inspections: Physical inspections continue to be available. Please note that, for inspections to be carried out, containers must be located in the bays designated and authorized for this operation.

  • Empty Container Returns: The terminal continues to receive empty containers. For today, August 19, 70 appointment slots have been made available, and depending on the evolution of operational conditions, additional appointments may be opened throughout the day.

Based on the current operational status, we would like to inform you of the following:

  • Appointments Offered for August 19:

    • Import: 1,355
    • Export: 95
    • Coffee: 20
    • Sugar: 34
    • Breakbulk Cargo: 55
  • Operational Capacity: The terminal is currently operating at 88.57% capacity.

  • Yard Occupancy: 68%.

Operations will continue to be restored gradually and under safe operating conditions. We will assess the progress of the recovery plan on a daily basis and communicate any additional measures and services that become available.
