Requests for invoices can be made using the import invoice request form or export invoice request form. You'll receive your invoice in just a few minutes.

Claims and Clarification Requests

To submit a claim or seek clarification, complete our Customer-Care Form. Our Customer Service Counter will respond by email.

Making Payments

MTN Mobile Money - For extra-BFU (customs) payments, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

  4. Enter your merchant number
  5. Confirm your merchant number
  6. Enter the amount to pay
  7. Fill in the reason for payment
  8. Enter your pin code to validate the send

Moov Money - For non-BFU (customs) payments, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week

  2. Select 4 (Purchase of Goods)
  3. Select 1 (Main)
  4. Enter the number or the name of the merchant
  5. Enter the amount to pay
  6. Enter the reference
  7. Enter your personal code to confirm
