Mixed Bookings Procedures

In order to further improve the separation and identification of IMO goods, but also OOG and reefer cargo, we are amending our booking routines so that as of 1st June 2018, IMO cargo, OOG and Reefer bookings will need to be booked on its own booking. This will further reduce the risk for error in the receiving cargo, and further reduce the risk for incidents especially involving IMO cargo.

This means that IMO cargo, OOG and reefer cargo cannot be mixed with normal cargo on the same booking.

 

Claims Procedure

Our customers are important to us, therefore we aim to resolve issues as fast as possible. During container handling and other general terminal operations, incidents can arise and we encourage our customer to file a report.

APM Terminals Gothenburg AB operates in accordance with the Ports of Sweden - General Conditions 1989 for Terminal Operations.

How do I file an incident?

Once an incident is identified, please notify the terminal in writing before the vessel or truck depart from the terminal. APM Terminals Gothenburg's claims are handled by the APM Terminals Global Claims Center in Charlotte, NC, USA. We therefore require claims to be submitted in English language to APMTclaims@apmterminals.com
