Dear Customers,

In recent weeks, APM Terminals has tirelessly sought solutions to maintain its operations in Itajaí in the year 2023, for the period that will precede the new concession contract for the city's Port. The alternatives presented by the company sought a transition without interruptions from an operational point of view and that would be financially sustainable, guaranteeing the maintenance of jobs, tax collection and meeting the needs of customers. Unfortunately, these negotiations were not successful. APM Terminals confirms that it will fulfill its lease agreement until 12/31/2022. 

In view of this scenario, valuing transparency and respect for all, APM Terminals also informs that it will be available to meet customer demands and to support the construction of contingency plans until the effective closure of activities.

We would like to take this moment to thank you immensely for the trust, partnership, learning, business and friendship relationships that we have developed over more than 20 years side by side.
