Your opinion about APM Terminals Maasvlakte II

To be able to handle your containers even faster and safer, your opinion about our services is very important. We ask for your opinion in different ways. One of them being our customer satisfaction survey, which is held every quarter. The survey allows you to indicate your level of satisfaction with the terminal, your experiences with APM Terminals Maasvlakte II, what is missing and what could be improved.

In quarter 2 of 2022, the terminal received an average score of 7.5. The survey responses showed that the availability of time slots is not transparent at APM Terminals Maasvlakte II. We understand that this could be useful information for you. Therefore, we have investigated the possibilities. The good news is that we are developing a truck barometer. We will keep you informed via the newsletter.

In addition, the communication via the intercom was mentioned as improvement point. A project group has been set up to improve several things. The first small steps have been taken: the texts on the pedestals have been considerably improved and will soon be implemented in all languages on the pedestals. We are still investigating the possibilities regarding the provision of information on the pedestals.
