Fully booked timeslots: working on solutions

An increase in volumes is resulting in additional pressure on daily operations. we fully understand that this results in additional delays, stress, and time pressure. Operations often depend on tight schedules and interdependencies, and we are well aware that every minute counts.

Where operational conditions allow, we continuously assess whether the number of available time slots can be increased. Our availability dashboard reflects real-time capacity and is updated continuously. We still observe that many truck drivers arrive during peak hours. We kindly request that, where possible, more use is made of off-peak hours to help reduce pressure during peak periods.

Under higher operational load, handling may be less smooth. At the same time, we remain committed to improving reliability. Looking ahead, we are exploring various options to further increase capacity and make our services more future-proof.

The recent delays are caused by technical challenges affecting part of our crane fleet. We are working around the clock to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We understand that these situations may sometimes be outside your control, but to ensure a fair, predictable, and workable process for all parties, a consistent approach is necessary. It is also important to continue treating each other in a respectful and constructive manner, even during busy or challenging situations.

Finally, please be reminded that the wearing of personal protective equipment is mandatory within the terminal. It is also not permitted to take breaks in the stacks, to ensure smooth flow for everyone.

We appreciate the commitment, understanding, and patience of all our customers, drivers, and partners during this busy period. Together, we continue to work towards a safe, efficient, and reliable terminal.
