Customer Advisory - End Of 6 hours storage extension

Dear Valued Customer,

This is to inform you that as of today we are unable to continue with the additional six hours grace period given to allow containers to be loaded without storage after the expiration of your storage payment due to compliance concerns and potential risks recently observed as all efforts to manage this initiative in the system have not materialized.

We encourage all customers to kindly take advantage of the following avenues to allow them take delivery of their cargo timely to avoid going into storage including but not limited to:

  • Initiate your clearing process well in advance to enable you take delivery of your containers without storage charges during the five (5) days free time
  • Start your process earlier to get your TDOs (terminal delivery order) and put your trucks in queue early enough to enable you reach the terminal in time.
  • Use our online customer portal, and the electronic bank payment options to save time
  • Terminal gates are open to serve you 24/7 and you can come any time, day and night.

Please note that we are in the peak season and long queues are normal. However, you can rest assured that we will continue to serve you timely given our increased efficiency that is driven by recent investment in additional handling equipment.
