APM Terminals Mumbai donates ambulance to MGM Hospital

APM Terminals Mumbai has donated an ambulance to the MGM Hospital in Vashi as a part of its CSR initiatives. This was done with an aim to help patients in nearby areas, including Sanpada, Nerul, Seawoods, Belapur, Vashi, Koparkhairane, and Ghansoli, to reach hospital for timely treatment.

The ambulance is equipped with basic life-support-systems, analog oxygen delivery systems, auto loader stretcher trolley with floor mounting mechanism and more. This equipment is particularly useful for patients who require medical monitoring in transit and non-invasive airway management. The ambulance will not only provide the means of reaching the hospital on time but also serve as a first line of treatment for patients. The ambulance will be managed & maintained by MGM Hospital and will help the hospital to save lives by reaching the patients on time for treatment.

The ceremony was attended by Sunil Suji (Head – HR&ER) and Darshan Sagdeo (AGM-Administration) from APM Terminals Mumbai along with  Dr. Kalyani Sen -Director, Dr. Nitin N Kadam -Medical Director, Mr. Akshay Kumar Jha -Head – Marketing & Admin, Mrs. Geetanjali Shetty -Manager- Finance & procurement from MGM Hospital, Vashi.
