Customer Service Portal

The Customer Service Portal (CSP) replaces WEBAccess and can be used for: 

  • Import PIN Generation
  • Export E-Form13
  • Allocation of empty containers to transporters
  • Truck Driver registration
  • Download Ledger Balances
  • Retrieve invoices
  • View updated PDA balance statement
  • Update/Assign multiple GST numbers to a container before taking delivery from the Terminal.
  • Raising Additional Service Requests
  • Cancellation/ Reissue of document requests (e.g. EIR, e-Form 13)
  • Updating Goods and Service Tax Identification Number (GSTIN)

eForm-13  mass upload functionality

Please note that incorrect data is being updated in mass upload files, such as:

  • Wrong origin being entered for Empty containers (instead of ‘E’  as defined and shared in the manual)
  • Three character POD codes begin updated instead of the revised five character code now implemented.
