Advisory: Terminal Operating System upgradation activity on 26th June 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

Greetings from APM Terminals Mumbai!

This is to advise you that we are planning Terminal Operating System (TOS) upgradation activity on 26th June at 06:00 Hrs. To facilitate the same, we shall be undertaking a system downtime between 26th June at 06:00 Hrs to 26th June at 12:00 Hrs.

During this planned downtime the wharf, rail, gate, and yard operations shall remain suspended. The Customer Service Portal, Track & Trace, PIN generation, Truck and Driver Registration facility as well as access to E-Form13 shall also remain unavailable.

This is a planned initiative aimed at continuously improving the quality of services provided by the terminal. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Kindly plan your movements and documentation accordingly.
