This is to advise you that we are planning Customer Service Portal (CSP) maintenance activity on 4th November 2026 from 20:00 Hrs. To facilitate the same, we shall be undertaking a system downtime on 4th November 2026 from 20:00 Hrs till 5th November 2026 till 10:00 Hrs. During this planned downtime, some of the Customer Service Portal features such as ledger details, my profile will not be functional.

This is planned to continually improve the quality of services being delivered by the terminal and we request your support and understanding towards the same.
