APM Terminals Zeebrugge completes share sale

76% share purchase by COSCO SHIPPING Ports finalized.

The Hague, Netherlands - APM Terminals and Hong Kong-based COSCO SHIPPING Ports Limited (“COSCO SHIPPING Ports”), a subsidiary of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited (“COSCO SHIPPING”), have completed the financial sale of APM Terminals’ 76% majority shareholding on 30 November 2017 for APM Terminals Zeebrugge container terminal to COSCO SHIPPING Ports. The acquisition brings COSCO SHIPPING Ports’ shareholding in the 1 million TEU annual capacity terminal in Belgium’s second-busiest container port to 100%.

The terminal will be renamed CSP Zeebrugge Terminal NV and the address will stay the same at Leopold II-Dam, Kaai 120-122 8380, Zeebrugge, Belgium VAT Registration Number BE0870.784.836
