Calabar feeder vessel / barge solution
WACT and Clarion Shipping WA offer a seamless way to move import, export and empty containers between WACT and the ECM Terminal in Calabar.
The service makes use of both feeder vessels and barges. With this weekly scheduled transfers, the service includes TBL (Through Bill of Lading),
Non-TBL and direct deliveries.
Prior to vessel arrival, shipping line informs WACT of containers to Calabar (TBL) or Customer informs us of cargo destined to Calabar (Non-TBL). |

| When cargo arrives from the main vessel, cargo is discharged and stacked at a dedicated stacking area within WACT’s yard. | |
| Behind the scenes we will organize the relevant customs paperwork and once it is ready, we will bill you for Terminal Handling
Charges (THC). Also, the customer can organize the paperwork by themselves and confirm to us 48hrs before departure of feeder vessel or barge for planning. |

| Once payment of THC to WACT is confirmed or containers are linked to your E-wallet account, we load the cargo for transport. | |
| Units are then discharged at ECM Terminal, Calabar for customer to clear and take delivery. | |
| Return your empty containers to ECM Terminal, Calabar for extra convenience, time, and cost savings. | |
| For exports, Customer makes booking with shipping line, picks up empty, stuff it and bring it back to ECM Terminal, we transport to WACT and load on the nominated vessel. |
